Terms & Ritual Guidelines

At LaNNa Privée, every session is a sacred exchange of presence, respect, and quiet excellence. These gentle guidelines help us create a seamless experience from the moment you book until long after your ritual ends.

1. Booking Your Ritual

• Advance Booking: We kindly ask for bookings to be made at least 12 hours in advance, allowing us to prepare your experience with full intention.
• Confirmation: Your session is confirmed only once we send a WhatsApp or SMS message from our care team.
• Usual Hours: We serve daily between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays.Need a session outside these hours? We understand life has seasons. If needed,
  we are happy to gently accommodate appointments beyond our usual hours — simply request in advance, and we’ll do our best to honor your timing.
• Minimum Ritual Value: A minimum spend of AED 250 is required for all home visits.
• Group Appointments: For shared sessions or multiple clients in one home, please book under one name and pre-arrange to ensure therapist availability.

2. Payment & Gratitude

• Accepted Methods: We accept cash (exact amount preferred), bank transfer (in advance), or card via portable POS.
• Payment Timing: Full payment is due immediately after the session. We do not offer partial or deferred payments.
• Digital Receipts: Available upon request for your records.

3. Changes, Cancellations & No-Shows

• Rescheduling: Life shifts, and so can we. You may reschedule once, subject to availability. Frequent changes may require advance payment.
• Cancellations: Kindly cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid disruption.
• No-Show Policy: If you are unavailable upon therapist arrival, your next session must be paid in advance as a gesture of mutual respect.

4. Travel & Sacred Spaces

• Service Coverage: We serve women from Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah. Sharjah, Ajman and Ras al Khaimah will include a travel fee.
• Space Setup: Please ensure easy access, parking, and a quiet, clean space for us to set up your sanctuary. We bring everything else.

5. Health, Wellness & Safety

• Medical Approval: If you’ve recently undergone surgery, live with a chronic condition, or are under medical treatment, please consult your doctor first. We require clearance before proceeding.
• Feeling Unwell? For everyone’s safety, we do not perform services on clients experiencing flu, fever, or other contagious conditions.
• Postpartum & Pregnancy: Our Sacred Mama Touch is designed for women in the second trimester and beyond. We offer gentle, supportive care for your journey.
• Hygiene Standards: We follow strict DHA and Municipality protocols. Tools are sterilized, linens are fresh, and our therapists uphold the highest hygiene standards.

6. Packages & Promotions

• Non-Transferable: All packages are meant for the individual named on the booking.
• Validity: Packages must be used within 30 calendar days unless otherwise specified.
• Final Sales: Prepaid packages are non-refundable.
• What’s Included: Add-ons such as sculpting, 4-hands rituals, or facial massage are not included unless clearly mentioned.

7. Preferences & Special Requests

• Let Us Know: Have a preferred therapist, oil, or sensitivity we should be aware of? Please share at least 12 hours before your session.
• Aftercare Support: If something feels off after your ritual, let us know within 24 hours. We welcome your voice and care deeply about your experience.
• Disputes: For quality concerns, we ask for photo evidence and same-day notice so we can address it with grace and fairness.

8. Mutual Respect & Boundaries

• Therapist Substitution: If your usual therapist is unavailable, we’ll send another professional from our trusted team.
• Right to Decline: We reserve the right to respectfully decline service in the event of unsafe, unsanitary, or disrespectful conditions.
• Policy Updates: These guidelines may evolve over time. We’ll inform you of important updates via WhatsApp or direct message.
