Your safety is sacred. If you’ve recently had surgery, are under medical treatment, or live with a chronic condition, we kindly ask that you consult your doctor first and share their clearance with us. Healing is most powerful when guided by both intuition and wisdom.
To protect both you and our therapists, we kindly ask that you reschedule your session if you’re experiencing symptoms such as fever, flu, or contagious illness. We’ll be happy to hold your place for when you feel better.
While our therapists are skilled in supportive techniques, chronic pain and medical conditions should be discussed with your healthcare provider first. We work best as part of your wellness circle — with your doctor’s guidance, we can support your healing more safely.
